Summary

Responsible for all sales and merchandising activities in assigned sales territory. Represent GFI throughout the market.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish and maintain relationships with retail store managers and department managers.
• Present and sell company products and services to store accounts within assigned sales territory.
• Manage in-store inventory and merchandise products appropriately.
• Install and maintain sales materials in retail stores.
• Provide ongoing in-store training.
• Follow-up on payment collection.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare and issue in-store credits as needed.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, feedback, and developments to the team.
• Maintain and post weekly schedules.
• Be accessible via phone during business hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Check and respond to emails daily.
• Participate in sales drives, incentives, and contests.
• Attend marketing events such as seminars and meetings.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build lasting customer relationships through regular visits and personalized solutions.

Experience
