Full-Time Retail Sales Representative

The Retail Sales Representative (RSLSREP) enjoys a fast-paced and high energy environment. As an RSLSREP, you are the connection between the customer and the T-Mobile brand. You are fun, energetic, and passionate about the wireless industry, knowledgeable about the latest phones and pricing plans. As a member of the TCC Wireless family, you strive to create long-lasting relationships and meaningful connections with customers and colleagues.

Essential Functions

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers, maximizing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and employees across channels.
• Assist in store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Explore customer needs and support with activations, bill payments, upgrades, and accessories.
• Achieve performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months retail or sales experience with a focus on customer service
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
