We are hiring for the position of Part-Time Retail Sales Representative at TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer.

Compensation: Base pay plus commission! The Retail Sales Representative (RSLSREP) works in a dynamic, high-energy environment, serving as the vital link between customers and the T-Mobile brand. You should be enthusiastic, energetic, and knowledgeable about the latest phones and pricing plans. As part of the TCC Wireless team, you will foster long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Essential Functions

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess their needs.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers, maximizing existing accounts, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and team members across all channels.
• Assist in store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, inventory management, and deposits, adhering to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support customer needs through service activations, bill payments, equipment replacements, and upselling accessories and plans.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to team success.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• 6 months experience in retail or sales with a focus on customer service
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
