Retail Sales Representative – Part Time

MarketSource is currently seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. The role focuses on increasing sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, including electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail locations, assisting with wireless product and accessory sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales:
    • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction by promoting wireless products, accessories, and services.
    • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
    • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
    • Participate in wireless sales events at retailer locations.
  2. Training:
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
    • Attend training sessions and conference calls as required.
    • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.
  3. Relationship Development:
    • Establish and manage key relationships within the program.
    • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with retail store management and staff.
  4. Additional Job Requirements:
    • Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
    • Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise as needed.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
