Retail Sales Representative

MarketSource is currently seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. The role focuses on increasing sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, including electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail stores, assist in wireless product and accessory sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:
   • Drive sales productivity and enhance customer satisfaction for wireless products, accessories, and services.
   • Collaborate with retail associates through side-by-side selling.
   • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with store personnel.
   • Engage in wireless sales events at retailer locations.
2. Training:
   • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
   • Attend training sessions and conference calls as scheduled.
   • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailers.
3. Relationship Development:
   • Establish and manage key relationships within the program.
   • Develop positive business relationships with retail store management and staff.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
• Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and handle merchandise as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
