Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking an in-store merchandising support associate to help retailers optimize shopping experiences. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You should be 18+, have strong relationship and communication skills, prior sales or account management experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel within your territory is required.

• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Prior sales and/or account management experience preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing moving/standing tasks.
• Able to use smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Reliable transportation to work locations and willingness to travel within territory.
