Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will help maximize in-store sales opportunities and ensure effective product placement across assigned stores.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication, prior sales or account management experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will use a smartphone to record shifts and travel within your territory as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Prior sales/account management experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record shifts.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Willing to independently travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
