Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a motivated in-store merchandising associate to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking to maximize sales opportunities.

You will work an hourly schedule in Cromwell, CT, earning $19.00-$22.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and early wage access; no weekend or holiday work.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Prior sales and/or account management experience
• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
• Can use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift
• Have reliable transportation to work locations
• Willing to independently travel within your assigned territory
