What You’ll Do

• Achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service, teamwork, and integrity
• Collaborate with sales manager on strategy and forecasting
• Prospect for qualified leads via phone and in person
• Resolve customer issues and develop solutions
• Assist transportation in managing service levels
• Promote a positive image of the company
• Understand market conditions and negotiate programs
• Manage price lists strategically

What We Look For

• High School diploma or GED; college preferred
• At least 3 years in produce/perishable sales or brokerage, including new business development
• Existing customer network in Washington
• Strong sales record with growth
• Experience with multi-store clients
• Excellent reputation and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
