Plato's Closet Asheville is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to provide respectful, helpful, and friendly customer service in a busy store environment.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, stay on task, and work well with team members while maintaining organized racks and clean dressing rooms. Prior retail experience, strong organization, and a positive attitude are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; deliver excellent customer service
• Tagging, Sorting, Buying items customers sell to store
• Explain store Buy Policy to new customers
• Informs customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
• Manages customers and clothes at Dressing Rooms
• Stocks and organizes items on racks and in back stock bins
• Works cash register; knows how to handle money during transactions
• Works well with team members
