Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a field sales professional to achieve regional sales targets in Florida, driving growth through new business and maintaining existing distribution channels. The role involves executing promotions, coordinating displays, and ensuring product freshness and compliance.

The position requires 21+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy product. You will conduct regular account visits, manage inventory, and represent the company with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years in specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage
• Able to lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and acquire new business while maintaining distribution
• Execute promotions at retail and coordinate displays and promotions
• Maintain QC and product date standards
• Plan regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and shelf-life for freshness and shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Skills

Reliable automobile transportation

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5+ years of specific experience
