Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations, handle cash, maintain lighting/fixtures, and ensure inventory security. You will report to the Store Manager and learn to operate the register and computer systems while delivering customer-focused service.

The role requires ability to work irregular shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a preference for a High School diploma or GED. Full-time staff may receive medical benefits and other perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 lbs from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signage.
• Significant indoor work with times outdoors.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating the cash register.
• Cleaning and maintenance of lighting and fixtures.
• Ensuring security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Learn and operate a cash register, computer console, and related tools.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
