United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations, handle cash, and assist customers in a safe, efficient environment. The role requires learning point-of-sale equipment, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates are 18 or older with a HS diploma or GED, good English communication, and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Full-time positions offer medical benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 lbs from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place signage.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Maintain lighting/fixtures and general store upkeep.
• Ensure security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
• Learn to operate computer console and other work equipment.
