Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds with safe equipment for stocking.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or signage.
• Significant time indoors with some outdoor work.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating basic POS equipment.
• Assist in the operation of the facility in a safe, customer-focused and profitable manner.
• Maintain lighting and fixtures cleanliness and upkeep.
• Ensure the security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Report to the Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
• Learn to operate a cash register and computer console.
