Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at an assigned store location. You will assist in daily operations, handle cash, maintain lighting/fixtures, and protect inventory and currency in a safe, customer-focused environment.

Full-time positions include medical benefits, 90-day performance-based increases, referral bonuses, 401K options, and tuition reimbursement. Flexible schedules support work‑life balance and career growth in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Capable of working in small spaces at times.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and basic store operations.
• Maintenance of lighting/fixtures; ensure security of inventory and currency.
