Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, operate cash registers, and keep a clean, organized store environment in onsite locations.

You will assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, ensure accurate pricing, and present attractive product displays while working in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates communicate well, stay friendly under pressure, and follow cash control policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
