Job summary

JM Wireless, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers, identify needs, and present JM Wireless products and services. You will interact with guests, support opening/closing procedures, handle cash and deposits, and maintain a clean store environment while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Training teams.

Training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences.
Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from your home store.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with top-notch sales and service.
Work with store management in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and inventory counting.
Ensure the store is clean and well maintained.
Collaborate with the Sales, Operations and Training teams to stay ahead of market trends.
