Job summary

JM Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Representative (RSR) in Charlotte, NC to engage with customers, identify needs, and promote Metro by T-Mobile products and services. The role offers training, potential for commissions, and opportunities for development within a dynamic team.

You will interact with customers, assist with store operations, cash handling, deposits, and inventory, while helping keep the store clean and well-organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
• Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from your home store.

Responsibilities

• Provide our guests with top-notch sales and service.
• Work with store management in opening and closing procedures. This includes handling cash, creating deposits, and counting inventory.
• Ensure the store is clean and always maintained.
• Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations and Training teams.
