You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and help with activations and upgrades while delivering exceptional service and building loyalty. The role offers a base plus uncapped commissions with twice-monthly pay and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail is a plus but a willingness to learn counts.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans, and accessories is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm to identify wireless needs.
• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to inform and excite customers.
• Drive sales by promoting upgrades, activations, and accessories to hit targets.
• Help customers set up devices and troubleshoot issues for a smooth experience.

• Maintain a vibrant, organized store environment and displays.
• Support inventory management and stock displays.
