JM Wireless LLC, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, seeks a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple stores and coach a high-performing team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences and store profitability while collaborating with senior management.

The role emphasizes operations oversight, recruitment, training, and developing a vibrant store culture. A fast-paced retail environment and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
• 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
• Resolve customer issues to enhance the Metro experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence through new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
• Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
• Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
• Create and maintain schedules under labor budget.
• Oversee store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
