Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Temple, TX. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help customers with pawn and short-term loan services while explaining terms and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.

We offer $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) and tuition

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
