FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Austin, TX is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

Earn $14.00–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and supplemental coverage, paid time off, 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months, and employee discounts. Training and compliance come first as you support pawn and loan services.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
