Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Kentucky. The role offers $12.00–$15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, process transactions accurately, and maintain a tidy store

The position requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Benefits include earned wage access, employee discounts, and 401(k) enrollment as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma/GED or equivalent
• Able to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible retail schedule incl weekends/holidays
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
• Experience with checkout systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and product inquiries
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short‑term loans
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Assist with basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team
• Complete required training and follow policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
