FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Louisville, KY. The role offers $12.00 - $15.00 per hour plus commission, with benefits and flexible hours.

You will assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries, explain loan terms, and ensure accurate processing while maintaining a clean sales floor. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply and earned wage access is available after day 2.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
