FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Kentucky. The role offers $14.00–$15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with EWA after day 2, employee discounts, and full benefits.

Typical shifts run 9AM–6PM, many stores are closed Sundays, and the position involves helping customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries. You’ll process transactions, explain loan terms, evaluate merchandise, and maintain a tidy sales floor while following company policies and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly and securely.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
