FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Cash America Pawn team in Florida. Earn $16.00–$19.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with commission up to 8% and employee discounts from day one.

Flexible schedule; some locations may handle firearms with certification provided. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) after 6 months, earned wage access, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualificações

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelinesEvaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
