DSI Systems is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting in Madison, MS. You will engage customers, educate on wireless products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail setting.
• Identify needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products and plans.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.
