DSI Systems is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a busy store-within-a-store retail setting in Santa Fe, NM. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales to drive performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals; process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance.
