Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up.
• Helping customers interpret statements and pay bills in the store.
• Answering questions on services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed product knowledge and competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ everyday lives.
• Adhering to retail policies to ensure a consistent store environment.
