Job summary

Comcast is seeking a motivated in-store Sales Associate in New Jersey to engage customers, explain product features, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service. You will interpret customer needs, assist with bill payments, and promote our Comcast/Xfinity offerings in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and a client-first approach. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends; base pay plus commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment.
