Job summary

Comcast is seeking a motivated retail sales associate to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and promote Comcast Xfinity in a dynamic store setting.

You will help customers interpret bills, answer questions about services, and process upgrades while delivering exceptional service and supporting team goals. Flexible schedule required with weekend/evening shifts; benefits and incentives accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to drive customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with interpreting account statements and paying bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to account data, upgrade services, and process service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast products.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive environment and connect products to customers’ daily lives.
• Adhere to retail policies to maintain a consistent, professional store environment.
