Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features.
• Listen to customer needs, provide tailored solutions that align with preferences.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Facilitating onboarding for new customers, ensuring they understand product usage.
• Collaborating with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Adhering to retail policies and procedures to maintain a professional store environment.
• Participating in team huddles and completing required training to stay updated on product knowledge.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule and overtime as necessary.
