Job summary

Theisen's, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them to merchandise, explain product benefits, and assist with checkout and stocking. You will support store needs, maintain displays, and help ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.

Role requires good customer service, basic math, reliable attendance, and the ability to handle phones and register operations. Forklift familiarity is a plus; a positive, outgoing attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics
• Ability to answer phones, and learn cash register functions
• Familiar with forklift and pallet jack operations is preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude, good listening skills and an outgoing personality

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Approach customers storewide and assist in locating products
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise and suggest add-ons
• Maintain knowledge of products and shelf tagging
• Process transactions and assist at checkout
• Restock shelves and set up merchandise displays
• Handle incoming shipments and merchandise receiving
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety policies
