Job summary

You will role-model best practices, assist new hires and peers, and perform other tasks as assigned by management, while adhering to policies and maintaining proper paperwork and store appearance.

Qualifications

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master required systems and ensure accurate store operations.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Sell devices and plans to customers; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow cash depositing procedures and assume responsibility for discrepancies.
• Protect company assets and prevent fraudulent purchases.
• Open/close store with accurate, timely checklists.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors for review.
• Record time and attendance accurately and on schedule.
