Job summary

Sun Com is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Alpine, TX to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver complete, high quality sales that surpass the company benchmarks on key performance metrics. You will drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per management guidance and benchmarks.

This role requires adherence to all company policies, accurate handling of paperwork, mastery of systems such as Aktivate, ADP and Paycom, and the ability to stand for long

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per management guidance and benchmarks.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures; master required systems; protect company assets.
