Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations to meet targets.
• Operate cash drawer and verify cash and credit amounts.
• Conduct inventory counts and report variances.
• Attend team meetings and set a positive example.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all company policies and report concerns.
• Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs.
• Analyze customer behavior and adjust sales strategies.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Ensure marketing and store presentation are consistent.
• Verify store security at closing.
• Sign for and receive shipments of age-restricted products.
