Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products across store locations. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer care and a positive in-store experience.

Requireds include a High School Diploma and cash handling skills; familiarity with personal tech and strong English communication. The role emphasizes sales goals, team collaboration, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology and basic math skills.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; prioritize and multitask.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• 1-5 years sales/customer service experience; 1-3 years telecom/wireless preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to both existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on product value.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions and visual standards; minimize losses.
• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, adhere to policies, and participate in training.
