Job summary

Charter Communications is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote Spectrum’s products and services to customers in-store. You will be the face of the brand, driving sales while ensuring excellent customer care and a positive store environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, comfort with technology, cash handling skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Training and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identifying sales opportunities and creating ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Building positive customer relationships, listening, and overcoming objections while communicating the value of Spectrum products.
• Maintaining knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere, a clean retail experience, and adherence to policy while participating in training programs.
