Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum stores, seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist who will promote our products and services to customers. You'll be the face of the brand in-store and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, educating customers, maintaining knowledge of pricing and promotions, and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment processing.
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and create positive customer experiences through product support and education.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and in-store policies.
• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere with accurate transactions and effective communication.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues while meeting sales and service goals.
