Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell Spectrum products to existing and new customers at our store locations. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales while maintaining knowledge of pricing, promotions, and store visuals.

The role emphasizes building relationships, listening to customer needs, overcoming objections, and reselling product value in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Bilingual: Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Enhance the customer experience and meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers about products.
