Job summary

Charter Communications, operating under the Spectrum brand, is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Specialist. You will promote a portfolio of products to existing and new customers, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer care across store locations. The role offers a base pay of $18/hour with commissions and incentives, plus perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and transaction accuracy essential.
• Strong communication and English language skills required.
• Comfort using mobile devices and basic computer apps.
• 1–5 years sales/customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience while meeting sales, service and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers about Spectrum products.
• Build positive relationships, listen actively and overcome objections; resell value of products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions and visuals; minimize losses.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere and participate in training programs.
