Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and product displays.

The ideal candidate communicates well, remains friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. High school diploma or GED is required, with retail experience preferred. This is an onsite, part- or full-time position.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills for POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Clean and organize store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet performance standards.
• Follow rules of conduct and code of ethics.
