Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask. High school diploma or GED required; prior retail experience preferred. This onsite position offers a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
