Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean store. You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires good communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Onsite, part- or full-time positions available with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Read, understand and speak English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
