Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to join our onsite team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays, reporting to the Store Manager. Ideal candidates have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and basic math/POS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
