Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Pittsburgh Outlets. You will create an inviting store experience, assist customers, stock shelves, and support daily store operations to ensure smooth transactions.

Candidates with high school or equivalent, 0–2 years of experience, and comfortable with iPad and POS systems are encouraged to apply. Availability nights and weekends is essential; we offer benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock room.
• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Assist with product launches and adhere to SOPs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Collaborate with team and store management to resolve issues.
