Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time retail associate in Des Moines, IA. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions at the register, and keep the store organized and visually appealing.

Responsibilities include assisting with stock, inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations while supporting non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at checkout.
• Assist with stock management, inventory counts and product availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support with incoming and outgoing merchandise and general store operations.
