Job summary

AT&T in Schaumburg is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach. You’ll help with devices, services, and seasonal promotions while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role includes a 9am–9pm schedule, weekends, 40 hours per week, and comprehensive training with uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
