FirstCash Pawn is seeking a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate in a full‑time capacity. The role offers $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with strong earning potential and benefits.

You’ll assist customers, explain pawn and loan terms, and help with sales while delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a HS diploma or GED, comfortable with physical tasks, and able to work a varied schedule including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
