FirstCash Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Earn $17.00 to $18.50 per hour plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package. Most stores operate 9 AM to 6 PM with Sundays often closed, and Earned Wage Access is available.

As an entry-level, full-time sales associate, you will support both lending and retail operations, greet customers, process transactions, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays maintained.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process cash and negotiable items accurately and securely.
• Respond to phone inquiries per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and perform other duties as needed.
